Built in e3491135: a namespace can be served read-only from the self-hosted git store, rebuilt from the nightly backups (restore-to-gitstore.mjs, fallback.rs, runbook in CONTRIBUTING.md under Operating g1t.sh). The host it runs on is tracked in #38.
