Shipped: #207 (phases 3–5, Deploy #449), #208 (a job's spec cut short is asked again; Deploy #449's rust-3 failure), #209 (suggestions read JSON, log what does not read), #210 (ai_brief leaves the model 2,048 tokens to think: Claude Haiku 5.5 thinks by default and had used the whole 40–200 token allowance, so AI session titles and plan suggestions came back empty). Checked live after Deploy #452: #152, #94 and #59 have full suggestions (Later; M, S, S) with complete reasons. CLI 0.4.3 released.
