Home is its own tab: the first in the app bar, where g1t opens, with Chat opening on your conversations
Home is the workspace's focal point (see #359), but on a computer it has no address of its own: it is what Chat draws before a conversation, sharing Chat's sidebar. Home gets the first app-bar tab and its own page at -/home on every device; g1t and the workspace's address open there; Chat opens on the conversation you were in, else #general, as a guest's does.
