A session's page shows what you asked, not what Claude Code injected, and its highlights leave out coordination acknowledgements

A Claude Code session's page showed its first prompt as the harness's injected <browser_instruction> block, and its Highlights were filled with 'Coordination updates upd_…' acknowledgement notes. What was asked should be the person's own words, with blocks the harness or editor put ahead of them (browser_instruction, system-reminder, ide_*, command and task notifications) left out; acknowledgements are bookkeeping, not highlights.
