Work: say what a project's work is reached by, and call every session Every session

A project has no Work tab: its work items and sessions are Work filtered to it, from the palette. The Sessions sidebar row that lists every session, live or ended, is called Every session, as the page's switch is, beside the page's Recent (those that ended). Sessions time out after 30 minutes, not 2 hours, in the comments that said otherwise.
