The deploy tool knows the work service is built from crates/scan: b8afae4a made work depend on g1t-scan (session redaction), so a scan change now deploys work too, and Deploy #392 stopped at the deploy tool's test that still expected repos, security and runner only. Checked: node --test scripts/deploy/deploy.test.mjs (51).
