A runner release's jobs after the build find its binaries. Since the targets build in jobs of their own, each uploads its own artifact, and downloading them by pattern put each in a folder of its name, where the image and publish jobs did not look; they merge into one folder now (merge-multiple), as the desktop release's already did.
