Move integrations to workspace work items
Links from Sentry, Datadog, webhooks, Jira and Linear are kept by work item (id, workspace and number), alerts and imports open work items filed from their repository, and a ticket is imported into a workspace with the origin and targets given. Write-back follows work_item.closed (with the resolution that landed it) and pull.opened. Assigning g1t a work item, or mentioning it on one, starts a session in the repository the item was filed in (else its first target). Sessions use the work-on-item skill and hand off with G1T_ITEM; the old skill stays on accounts but is no longer given to the agent. Migration 0013 keeps links and deliveries made to issues by their repository and old number until work.migrated says which work item each became, and the queue then rewrites them; agent runs record the work item they work on.

+ | the diff; for one work item, work_item `get` with the workspace and its number.\n\ |
334 | - Why a run or a deploy failed: workflow `list_runs` with `status` \"failure\" (and `workflow`, such as \ |

| ⋯ | |||
350 | calling it healthy.\n\ |
351 | - Who is working on what: g1t coordinates the sessions people run in their own harnesses (a coding \ |

− | idle sessions, the harness, the issue or pull request, the last thing each did), the issue tool's \ |

355 | sessions, pull requests, blockers, decisions and recent events in one call). Find the busy repositories \ |
356 | from the workspace's `activity`, then open pull requests for work without a session.\n\ |
− | - What blocks something: the issue tool's `work` (its blockers), its pull request's checks, reviews \ |
− | still wanted and merge-queue state, and the issues it depends on.\n\ |
+ | - What blocks something: the work_item tool's `work` (its blockers), its pull request's checks, reviews \ |
+ | still wanted and merge-queue state, and the work items it depends on.\n\ |
359 | - Prefer a few broad reads to many narrow ones; you have a limited number of tool calls per answer.\n\ |
360 | - If a tool refuses or finds nothing, say what you tried and what you could not see.\n\n\ |
