Once PLATFORM_DAILY_SPEND_CAP_MICROS ($75) of g1t's own spend is reached in a UTC day, new workflow, check, merge-queue and agent sandboxes that g1t would pay for wait until midnight: with hosted agents going away, the breaker had stopped protecting anything.
