The phone app's release workflow installs the app's dependencies as well as Wrangler (EAS reads app.config.ts through the app's own expo), and scripts/mobile-release.mjs trims EXPO_TOKEN, as the build workflow does.

The desktop app is 0.3.2, and its runner updates are fast, seen and only ever g1t's. The app now trusts a g1t-runner release only when its manifest's Ed25519 signature, latest.json.sig, checks out against g1t's runner release key, which is built into the app (the public half of RUNNER_RELEASE_PUBLIC_KEY, kept in runner/native.rs, where development builds have it too; G1T_RUNNER_RELEASE_KEY overrides it for a g1t with its own key), as the runner already did with its own updates. A manifest with no signature, or one that doesn't check out, is refused and nothing in it is used: the runner keeps the version it has and says "Update refused: not signed by g1t", or, with no runner installed yet, "Not running: the runner's release isn't signed by g1t", each with why and what to do. It looks every hour rather than every six, on a thread of its own so the runner is looked after meanwhile, and what it finds waits, downloaded and checked, until each kind of job is idle, then goes in kind by kind, never cutting a job short: Linux jobs take the release's image (sandbox update) as soon as they have no job, while Windows jobs, whose runner is the program itself, are stopped after their job (sandbox down --only windows --drain), the program is replaced and they start again, the other kind running on throughout; a runner in Docker or on the computer stops between jobs and starts on the new one. The program there is moved aside rather than overwritten, so a status the app is asking at that moment can't stop it. Each kind of job's card in Settings shows its runner version, when the app last looked ("Checked 12 min ago") and a newer one waiting ("0.3.2 ready, installs after this job", "Installing 0.3.2"), and "Check for runner updates" beside the computer's name looks at once and installs what it finds, even with "Download updates by themselves" off, which otherwise stops the hourly look. The desktop report carries the same (snake_case: the diagnosis's update, with checked_at, ready and note, and each kind's update), so the Runners page's Desktops cards show it, "Checked" with how long ago, and this computer's row has the button too. All the words are diagnosis.rs's. The desktop guide says how updates work, what each card shows, the new troubleshooting rows and where the release key lives. Tests cover the signature with a key pair of their own and with release 0.3.0's manifest and signature as g1t.sh published them, kept byte for byte (.gitattributes), the wording, the cards and the report.

Merge GitHub pull request #8 (claude/cool-newton-7nm8r9): Docker deployments on g1t.page behind a switch that stays off until Cloudflare's container APIs are checked live, workflows a workspace manages in its repositories, tarball and zipball downloads, refs/pull/* kept to g1t alone, framework detection for g1t.page builds, and a workflow's event payload matching GitHub's.

An archived agent can be found, brought back, or deleted for good. The Agents page ends with Archived, folded, where owners see every archived agent and members their own personal ones, each with when and by whom it was archived and what deleting it would take; Restore brings it back, under a new handle when a live agent has taken its old one, and Delete permanently asks for the handle to be typed and then removes its sessions, replies, memories, routines, versions, drafts, skills and its computer's home, leaving its messages in chat under its saved name, the workspace's spend totals and the audit log. In Chat an archived agent is deactivated the way people expect: never offered as someone to message or mention, never woken, a conversation with it kept in the list, dimmed and marked Archived, open to read with a note in place of the composer and a way to restore it for owners; after deletion the conversation still reads, its messages marked as a deleted agent's. The agents, chat and agent budgets guides say so.

context
Projects no longer depend on each other: the dependsOn relation, its settings page (old links redirect), the overview card, a pull request's Affects panel and preview stacks, reference variables and agents' notes on what a project uses are gone; the table is dropped in a later deploy

Apps on g1t.page send Cloudflare's own traces to Observability: a span for each fetch, KV, D1, R2 and Durable Object call, with nothing in their code. Each upload names the Workers Observability destination g1t-traces (TRACES_DESTINATION), which sends OTLP to otel.g1t.sh/cloudflare/v1/traces with the telemetry service's export key; traces only, since logs already arrive through the Tail Worker, and nothing is kept in Cloudflare's own storage. The git guide says that with two-factor authentication on, git takes an access token, not the account password.

identity
An access token can be regenerated: a new secret, its name, permissions, repositories and reach kept, and the old secret refused at once. Its page (yours under Settings, a workspace's under its settings for owners) has Regenerate with a new expiry, within the workspace's rules on lifetime, and shows the secret once; identity's regenerate_token logs it to the security log or the workspace's audit log, and refuses a revoked token. The token form's quick permissions have All, every resource at its highest level. A project's Observability settings no longer list the token g1t gives its apps on g1t.page: it is g1t's, and the page says apps there need none.

Merge platform pause and the hourly usage watcher: staff can pause compute, schedules, indexing or renders for everyone, the watcher emails on a breach and is never blind quietly, and the models proxy holds each run to its cap (billing 0051, integrations 0006)

Projects have Observability: their requests, logs, traces, metrics and errors, from apps on g1t.page with nothing to set up, and from software anywhere else over OpenTelemetry.

security
Updates that g1t opened a "needs code changes" issue for are put where updates go now: the sweep closes the issue as not planned, saying where it is tracked, and marks the update failed, so a security update shows why on its alert and is tried again, and a version update opens again as a pull request with its checks. An alert's history no longer repeats an entry that says the same as its latest one, so an update that fails the same way each day adds it once.
yesterday
telemetry
Observability's request search finds a request by its route as well as its address. Software outside g1t.page often reports only http.route on its server spans, so its requests had no address to match and a search for a path found nothing.

webhooks
@g1t welcomes you when you join a workspace, and that is the one introduction any agent makes. Identity now says when a person becomes a member, workspace.member_joined, by invitation, by an invite code, or by creating the workspace, and webhooks can hear it; the agents service hears it too, and for anyone who joined, never the creator, the workspace's @g1t opens your direct message and says in its own voice who it is, what to ask it, how agents answer, and where things are, once per person per workspace and charged to @g1t like any reply, with a fixed welcome when no model can be used. The agents, workspaces, authentication and webhooks guides say so.
