The lockfile has the telemetry service in it. Observability added services/telemetry as a workspace package (@g1t/telemetry) without it, so npm ci refused to install and Deploy 212 stopped at its first step.

The runner is 0.3.0 and the desktop app 0.3.0. The runner's release is the first with its sandbox (g1t-runner sandbox, with the VM images it runs), and the app's is the first whose runner starts that sandbox, with a Settings button in its title bar.
