The runner is 0.3.0 and the desktop app 0.3.0. The runner's release is the first with its sandbox (g1t-runner sandbox, with the VM images it runs), and the app's is the first whose runner starts that sandbox, with a Settings button in its title bar.

runner
A registration token never shows in the process list. The desktop app passed it to g1t-runner sandbox up as --token, which anyone on the computer can read while up runs; it goes in up's environment now, as G1T_RUNNER_TOKEN, which the launcher reads when --token is left out, as register-and-run already did.

bridge.js
Merge the desktop app's runner: it starts with the app for the signed-in person, sandboxed by default and running nothing where no sandbox is available yet, registers through the site, keeps itself up to date, and says everywhere what it is doing, why it is not, and how to fix it.

The desktop app's settings are a button in its title bar. A Settings button sits at the right of the bar, before the window's own buttons (and at its end on macOS), so the runner and the rest are a click away instead of only in the File menu, the tray or the account menu.
