syntaqxStaff can enroll a workspace in complimentary terms from sudo, with a monthly usage allowance at ordinary prices and a monthly fee of its own, and choose what happens past the allowance: new paid work stops, or (for employees and friends g1t covers up to an amount) the workspace's own card is charged at the usual prices under its limits. Every workspace but flagon-io is Free when this deploys (#47).
