Greets people from the command line.

Usage

ArgumentDescription
NAMEOptional. The name to greet. Only the first argument is read. Defaults to the USER environment variable, then to world.
$ cargo run -- Ada
Hello, Ada!
sh

With no name it greets whoever is signed in.
