When the program is run with --shout as its first argument, print the greeting and the farewell in upper case. Without the flag the output must stay exactly as it is now. Add a short note about the flag to the Usage section of the README.

    I added the `--shout` flag and committed it as `81a1084`. I didn't push. I also couldn't compile or run it: there's no Rust toolchain on this machine, so the change is untested. **What changed:** - **`src/main.rs`**: When the first argument is exactly `--shout`, the program prints the greeting and the farewell in upper case. Without the flag it prints the same two lines as before. - **`README.md`**: The Usage section now has a short note about the flag, with the example `cargo run -- --shout`. The repo has no `Cargo.toml`, so `cargo run` (the existing README command and my new example) won't work as-is. I left that alone to keep the change minimal.
