Greet with Hi instead of Hello #77

Change the greeting from Hello, NAME! to Hi, NAME! (and HI, NAME! with --shout). Update the tests and every example in README.md to match.

Definition of done

  • cargo test -q passes.
  • test "$(cargo run -q -- Ada)" = 'Hi, Ada!' passes.
