The description above was #170's by mistake. This pull request raises Sandbox4Core's max_instances from 10 to 30, because every public repository's ubuntu-latest jobs run there now. It raises HOSTED_POOL from 40 to 60 (60 sandboxes: 180 vCPU, 600 GiB, 1,080 GB) and updates the compute and Cloudflare docs. Commit 8a304ad has the right message.
