Part of #304, which stays open.

Before: Chat's sidebar had seven session links: Live now, Every session, Yours, People's harnesses, Started on g1t, g1t's agent, and Recorded on pull requests. Each was just a filter on the same list, which already has a Live now / Every session switch and filters for repository, person, harness and kind.

Now:

  • Sidebar: one Sessions row under Needs attention, lit on any sessions page.
  • Sessions page:
    • It keeps its views and filters.
    • Yours, the cut that needed a menu, is now a one-press toggle beside the filters, on computers and phones.
    • The toggle uses aria-pressed and clears with a second press.
  • Cleanup: ChatSidebar loses its now-unused username prop.

Checks:

  • tsc is clean.
  • Web tests pass.
  • Merges cleanly with #321.
