Closes #366.
Code's front page was Mission control (-/overview): what needs you, what landed today, the week's numbers and activity. That's a hub that repeats Home. Code now opens on the workspace's own page, /<workspace>, the way an organization's page works on GitHub.
The page
Members and visitors get the same page:
- At the top, from the layout: the workspace's profile, with its picture, name, address, description, location and links.
- Figures: repositories, in production, open work items, and pull requests in progress.
- Repositories: the viewer's pinned ones (with a hint to pin, for members), the recently active ones, New repository, and All repositories.
- Pull requests in progress across them.
- Members, in the shared members card.
Members are no longer sent on to Home from it. The usage card (in dollars, now on Home for billing) and the two tip cards are gone.
Navigation
/<workspace>is Code's mode. Code's app-bar tab, its sidebar's Overview row, the command palette and the repository breadcrumb all lead there.- A member without Code access is still sent to Home.
Mission control goes
- Its page and route are removed, with no redirect. Its server loader stays, because Home uses it for what needs you.
- Links to its tabs now point at Home:
- The review queue and stalled work go to Your move (
-/home#needed). - What landed goes to the recap (
-/home?window=7d#since).
- The review queue and stalled work go to Your move (
homePathno longer sends?tab=or?sort=to it.
Docs
