The bare-metal runners proposal notes its labels are now larger-runner sizes #379

A follow-up to #373 (#377) and #376.

docs/architecture/bare-metal-runners.md still names g1t-2core/g1t-4core and proposes g1t-8core/g1t-16core. A note at the top of its "Machines and labels" section now says three things:

  • Hosted runners now take GitHub's labels, and the g1t- labels are gone.
  • Bigger machines come as larger runners, in GitHub's model (#376).
  • The table keeps the labels the proposal was written with.

This is also the first pull request to land through the merge queue since its landing was fixed (#377). It's an internal design doc, so nothing redeploys.
