Add a ## Output section to README.md, right after Usage, with one example: cargo run -- Grace and exactly what it prints. Change nothing else.

Definition of done

    I added a ## Output section to README.md, right after Usage. It shows cargo run -- Grace and its output, Hello, Grace!. I changed nothing else. I ran the check from the issue and it passes. I didn't run the other tests. If #42 or #7 merge first and change the greeting, this example will need updating to match.
