I added a ## License section at the end of README.md stating that the project is licensed under the MIT License. No other files changed. I didn't check whether the repository has a LICENSE file that matches, and I didn't add one.

I checked the diff against issue #13. The new ## License section is the last thing in README.md, it says the project is MIT licensed, and no other file changed. The statement agrees with license = "MIT" in Cargo.toml.
One thing for the maintainer: the repository has no LICENSE file. The MIT License requires its text and copyright notice to come with the software, so you may want to add one in a separate change. That is outside this issue, which asks for only README.md to change, so it does not block this PR.
