The merge queue runs merge_group workflows; automations set aside
(Describes 60d0866, which went out under the previous commit's message by mistake.) When a combined state in the merge queue passes its acceptance checks, the repository's `on: merge_group` workflows run on it, with GitHub's merge_group payload, and the entry waits for them. Their passing lands it in turn; a failure takes it out of the queue and sends its agent back with the reason, as failed checks do. Pushes to g1t-queue/ branches no longer start push workflows. A failure recorded as a check now sends the agent back even when its issue has no acceptance checks, and the feedback says why. g1t's own .g1t/automations format is removed for now at the user's request: automation on g1t is GitHub Actions in .g1t/workflows. The service, its API tools, page, docs and event subscription are gone; the deployed worker and its queue are deleted. docs/PLAN.md notes it.
