Chat keeps your direct messages apart from your agent sessions, which are listed under Sessions at the bottom #341

Part of #311. This PR does not close it.

The owner's call after #335: Recents mixed conversations with sessions, so your chats with coworkers and with g1t got lost under agent runs. A conversation is not a session; a conversation with g1t links to the sessions it starts.

  • Direct messages is back as its own section, as before: g1t first, then people, latest first.
  • Sessions is a new section at the bottom: your recent agent sessions with their status dots (working, waiting on you, idle, ended).
    • It shows the latest 10, keeping any that wait on you and the one you have open.
    • Show all expands it, and All sessions links to the full browser. That link replaces the separate Sessions row that sat under Needs attention.
  • recentRows, which merged the two lists, is removed, and shortRecents is now generic.
  • Docs: the Chat guide (sidebar table, the Sessions section, Talk with g1t), work/sessions and workspaces.

Validation:

  • recents.test.ts passes.
  • tsc shows no errors in the touched files. The local check had unrelated noise from a stale linked contracts package; CI runs the full typecheck.
  • prettier and git diff --check pass.
