Part of #311. This PR does not close it.
- New chat: a full-width button at the top of Chat's sidebar starts a conversation with g1t. Its shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+O (⇧⌘O on a Mac), as on claude.ai and chatgpt.com, and it's in the shortcuts dialog.
- The Direct messages pencil now opens New on Message people.
- On phones, the round button is New chat.
- Guests don't get either button.
- Waiting on you: g1t's session card turns amber when a call of its session waits for your approval. It shows the call (summary, time left), Allow and Deny (through
-/approvals) and Review, plus "And N more" when several wait.- The follow route checks for waiting calls only when asked (
waiting=1), with one primary-key lookup. The session page's 2.5 s follow costs the same as before. - An answer made anywhere refreshes the card at once.
